AI-Generated Designs: Users retain full copyright to tattoo designs they generate using InkVision. We claim no ownership of user-generated content. Free-tier designs include watermarks until upgraded to premium.

Disclaimer

InkVision provides AI-generated tattoo design suggestions for personal inspiration only. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or suitability of designs for any individual
• Tattoo feasibility or quality when inked by artists
• Medical safety or skin compatibility

Users are solely responsible for consulting professional tattoo artists before permanently inking any design.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kalender Digital shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits arising from app use
• Issues arising from third-party services (Google Play, AI models)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (subscription cost).
