When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

2. Camera Access (android.permission.CAMERA)

Purpose: To enable the AR (Augmented Reality) tattoo preview feature, which allows you to visualize how tattoo designs look on your body.

How it works: When you take a photo using the in-app camera, the image is processed locally on your device for AR visualization. Photos are stored on your device only if you choose to save them. Camera images are NOT sent to our servers.

You can deny camera permission: The app will still function, but the AR preview feature will not be available.

3. AI-Generated Tattoo Designs

When you generate tattoo designs, we collect:

• Your text prompts describing the desired tattoo
• Selected style (e.g., Minimalist, Japanese, Watercolor)
• Generated tattoo images

4. Subscription Data

If you purchase premium features, we process:

• Purchase transaction ID (through Google Play)
• Subscription status (active, cancelled, expired)
• Purchase and renewal dates

No payment card information is collected by InkVision. All payments are processed securely by Google Play.

5. Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• App usage statistics and feature interactions
• Error logs and crash reports
• Device type and operating system version
• IP address (for security and rate limiting)

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide app functionality (authentication, AI generation, AR preview)
• Manage premium subscriptions and verify purchases
• Track free generation credits (3 per user) and apply watermarks
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Provide customer support
• Prevent abuse and ensure fair usage

• Location: Your data is stored on secure servers. Third-party services use data centers with appropriate security measures.

  • Generated tattoo designs: Stored until you delete them or request account deletion
  • Usage logs: Deleted after 14 days
  • Subscription data: Retained for 1 year after cancellation (for accounting purposes)

Data Deletion

To Delete Your Account and All Data:

1. Email apps@fancymultimedia.com with subject "Delete My Account"
2. Include the email address used for registration
3. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

To Delete Specific Tattoo Designs:

• Use the delete function within the app's "My Designs" section
• Designs are permanently deleted from our servers immediately

What Gets Deleted:

• User account information
• All generated tattoo designs
• Text prompts and style selections
• AR preview photos (stored on device only)

What We Retain (Legal Obligation):

• Anonymized purchase records (for tax/accounting - 1 year)
• Anonymized usage statistics (for service improvement)

Children's Privacy

InkVision is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe your child has created an account, contact apps@fancymultimedia.com immediately for deletion.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (Runware, RevenueCat) are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are protected by:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• GDPR-compliant data processing agreements
